This is a delightful little cottage that offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath room. This home offers the chance for a great vacation on a smaller budget. Enjoy all the
comforts of home with phone service, cable, TV/ DVD player, laundry facilities, full kitchen, wood burning stove, 2 car garage, and of course all linens are
provided. The home sits back from the ocean with good views of the water from the front room and front deck. First bedroom has a queen bed. The other has
a double bed and a twin bed. The futon in the front room can also be used to sleep extras. Home sleeps 7 in a tight squeeze but is better suited to 4 or 5. A crib,
high chair, picnic table, and BBQ grill are on site. Beach access is just a short walk down a grassy hill.
Winter rates (through March) $110.00 Daily or $400 weekly
Summer rates (April-Sept) $110.00 nightly $500 weekly.
